1) What is the minimum order? 

There is no minimum order, you can choose the cufflinks or accessories you want and remember that shipping is free from 100€ (VAT included) outside of Spain and 50€ within Spain.

2) How to buy on MasGemelos?

Please add the items you want in the shopping cart and once you were add all the items, you will be asked to register with an E-mail and password. You need to choose the form of payment and shipping. You can enter a billing address and a shipping address in case you want to make a gift.

Once you make your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with your purchase. If you doubt about the form of payment, please contact us in order to indicate you the best way to process the order.

MasGemelos guarantee you that all data will be processed and collected through  www.MasGemelos.net with limitations and rights granted by  Spanish Personal Data Protection Law (Constitutional Law 15/1999).

3) Am I looking for a pair of cufflinks that aren´t on MasGemelos website?

If you cannot find the cufflinks you are looking for, let us know shape, pattern and photo to communicate you as soon as possible if we can design and manufacture these cufflinks. As well as, we will provide the budget for approval.

4) I live outside Spain, can I buy on MasGemelos?

You can buy from outside Spain, you can check the shipping fees table or contact us to check the shipping fees to your country. You can contact us directly on the web or at the following email: info@MasGemelos.net

Remember that customs charges incurred for the purchase, must be paid by the recipient of the package and in no event shall MasGemelos be responsible for any customs costs.

5) All prices include VAT 

All items available on our website include VAT, if you need an invoice you must indicate your identification number during the buying process, in which the amount of taxes is broken down. For Spain residents it is required the NIF for the bill.

6) Does the photos published in MasGemelos.net correspond with the product I will receive?

One hundred percent of our photos are photos taken from actual items, we guarantee that you will get the same items you have purchased and with detailed specifications on the web.

7) How do we send your order to your city or country?

We will send you the product by Express Delivery in 24 hours, through NACEX, the Leading Company in Spain, so you can receive it the next day of your purchase. Delivery in maximun 24 hours. For Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla we will send the  items by Correos and the delivery will be in 48/72 hours. And for the rest of the world delivery in 5/7 days.

8) What payment methods do we accept?

We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer and PayPal (Visa, MarterCard and other cards). If you wish to use another payment method please contact us so we can  tell you how to proceed.

9) Do we sell wholesale?

We sell at wholeshale on all of our products, with cheaper prices than in the store. It is necessary to buy a minimun number of units and contact us by e-mail or phone indicating the models and quantity in which you would be interested in. In addition we also make custom cufflinks for corporate gifts, weddings and clothing brands.

10) Do we have all products in stock?

We have 99% of all cufflinks in stock. In case that we didn´t have the cufflinks in stock, we will tell you quickly. We will inform you at all times of your order status.

11) My order arrived, but there is a problem with it.

Our customer service is our top priority; we will work with you resolving any problem. Although our items are daily checked, it may happen that an item was temporarily sold out and the delivery of the product is subject to a possible delay. To avoid delaying orders, we will tell you the availability of the products and the estimated delivery date.
