  1. Order

By clicking the "Pay" button during the purchase process, the customer fully accepts all the present General Conditions of Sale.

The data recorded by MasGemelos.net constitutes proof of the transactions made between MasGemelos.net and the customers of the website. MasGemelos.net will confirm your order by sending an email.

MasGemelos.net reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the orders are registered (subject to product availability).

  1. Availability

We have 99% of all cufflinks and items on the website in stock. In case of product unavailability, we will notify you within a few hours.

We will inform you at all times of the status of your order and the approximate time after placing the order.

*Personalized items may require a few days in some cases, and others will be detailed after confirming the production time, which will be shipped once we finish them in our workshop.

  1. Price

All product prices include all applicable taxes.

  1. Payment

We accept payment via bank deposit/transfer, debit/credit card, Bizum, and PayPal (card/account payment). *If you wish to use another payment method, please contact us to confirm its feasibility.

  1. Shipping

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday:

  • If the items are in stock: If the purchase is made before 2:00 pm, the shipment will be made the same day. If the purchase is made after 2:10 pm, it will be made the next business day.
  • All our shipments are made through GLS urgent courier to the Peninsula and are received the next business day within 24/48 hours, except for shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, which are sent by Correos and have an estimated delivery time of approximately 48/72 hours.

  1. Delivery

The delivery time for International orders will be 7-15 days aprox. Deliveries from Monday to Friday.

The delivery time for Portugal and Spain will be 24/48 hours. Deliveries from Monday to Friday.

Saturdays, Sundays, and local or national holidays are not considered business days. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, this delivery time may be delayed by a few more days. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and holidays.

Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

MasGemelos.net will ask you to choose the delivery location, specifying your home, office, or center where you want the product to be delivered.

MasGemelos.net will inform the customer of the departure of the order from the distribution warehouse by sending an email or WhatsApp, also providing the customer with a phone number to inquire about the status of their order.

Each delivery is considered completed from the moment the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the order at the time of delivery and to make all reservations and claims they deem justified. They even have the option to reject the package if it has been opened or shows obvious signs of deterioration.

  1. Return

All products sold can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law.

You must first indicate your intention by email. MasGemelos.net will respond with another email specifying the precise instructions for the return of the product.

Return costs will be borne by the customer unless the received product is different from the one purchased in the store or is defective. In these cases, all costs will be covered by MasGemelos.net at no cost to the customer, providing the instructions to follow.

Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged), and with all accessories. They will be sent to the place specified by MasGemelos.net in the precise instructions for the return of the product sent by email.

Packages without any element that allows the identification of the sender (order number, name, address, etc.) cannot be returned.

The costs and risks associated with the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.

The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s). The refund does not include possible delivery costs.

Everyone who returns their product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.

  1. Liability, Disputes, and Applicable Law

MasGemelos.net cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the contract in case of stock shortage or product unavailability, force majeure, total or partial disruption or strike, particularly of postal services and transportation and/or communications, flooding, or fire. In case of a dispute, the customer will primarily contact MasGemelos.net to obtain an amicable solution.

The Courts of Madrid are the only competent authorities. These general conditions of sale will be interpreted in Spanish and conducted in accordance with Spanish law. Any disagreement that may arise in relation to their validity, interpretation, or execution will be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, which are expressly and exclusively assigned jurisdiction.
