II. Availability

We have 99% of all cufflinks and items on the web. In case of unavailability of products we would indicate it to you in a few hours.

We will inform you at all times of the status of your order and the approximate time after ordering.

You can order from the online store and pick up at the shop, for that you should specify in the order that you want to pick up the items at the shop.

III. Price

The taxes are already included in the prices of our products.

IV. Payment

We accept payment by debit/credit card, bank transfer and PayPal (credit card payment / account). If you want to use another payment method, please contact us so we can tell you if is that feasible.

V. Transport

Shipments are made every day (Monday to Friday):

If we have the items in stock and the purchase was made before 7:00 pm, the shipment will be made that day. If, however, the purchase has been made after 7:00 pm, the shipment will be made the next business day.

All of our shipments are made through NACEX and MRW within Peninsula and the delivery is made the next business day (in 24 hours), except for shipments to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, whose shipping is made by Correos and the delivery is within 48/72 hours.

VI. Delivery 

The deadline for all shipments will be in less than 24 hours. (Peninsula) Delivery Monday to Friday.

They are not considered business days Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla this delivery may be delayed one day more for their particular shipping method. On Saturday and holidays not deliveries will be made. (Unless expressly requested and increased standard shipping cost).

Transport costs shall be borne by the buyer. asked to choose the place of delivery and must specify your home, office or center where you want it delivered the product. inform the customer when the order leaves the warehouse, by sending an e-mail and SMS, also providing the customer with a phone number to inquire about the status of your order.

Each delivery is considered completed from the delivery of the product to the customer by the carrier company, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. VII. Return

All sold products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Act.

You must first indicate your intention by email. answer through another e-mail specifying the precise instructions for returning the product.

Return costs borne by the customer unless the product received is different from store-bought or is defective so that all costs shall be borne by without no cost to the customer.

Products must be returned properly protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged) with all accessories. They will be sent to the location specified by in the precise instructions for returning the product sent via email.

You can not return the packages in which there is no attachment to identify the sender (Order No., name, address, etc.).The costs and risks associated with returning the product are borne by the sender, who will send them safely and with the necessary guarantees that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.

The return of products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the product/s returned. The refund does not include any costs of delivery.

Every person that you return your product will receive an email informing you of your refund.

VIII. Liability, litigation and applicable law not be held liable for breach of contract in case of stock shortage or product unavailability, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike in particular postal services and transport and/or communications, flood or fire. In case of dispute, the customer will address by priority to for an amicable settlement.

Madrid Courts are the competent only ones. The general conditions of sale shall be interpreted in Spanish language and will be realised in accordance with Spanish law. Any disagreement which may arise on the occasion of its validity, interpretation or execution will be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, to which exclusive attribution of competence is expressly made.
